I’m finally making my Seacats available in a print format! During Covid, I created about 30 Seacat portraits. Many of these portraits were commissions designed for feline friends who crossed the rainbow bridge. From photos of cats and interviews with owners, I created Pirate cats! They were a lot of work and mostly they were fun, some clients were difficult, and well, I hung up my pirate seacat hat and haven’t made any new ones since.

But they are so cute, I’ve decided to bring them back as prints! Each year I will offer a series of 4 available prints. 2025-2026 is the “Hold Fast” series. It includes, “Hoist Anchor,” “Deeper Waters,” “Safe Harbor,” the Buccaneer, and “Homeport!” Some of these were commissions so I changed them a bit - such as names and details - to protect the innocent. They have all been reworked a little to update them. I don’t have any graphic design skills, so I had to print everything up, paint over, redraw, rewrite, repaint, then scan again - it’s a very involved process to do everything by hand! That’s the love and charm of seacats!

Each print is a signed archival toner print on print quality paper, foam core backing, with a hand painted and stamped mat board window- each one is a little different- lovingly enclosed in a plastic sleeve to protect your swashbuckling seacat. You also receive an official "letter of authenticity” (Letter of Marque) specific to each series. You can purchase 1 or collect all 4 for a huge discount! These make great gifts!
